Team Bakewell...we want to be the next CURLING IDOLS!!

Team Bakwell would be thrilled to have the support of InTheHack.com and Balance Plus in order to help us achieve our goals for this season. We are striving to win Nationals within this next season. This is our second year together (Kristy, Steph, and Marika's fourth year together) and we just felt like everything clicked once we met. We all have a very strong work ethic, balancing schooling, curling, school related activities, and work with a very strong commitment to this team and high performance.

"If you want to achieve something you’ve never had before, you’d better be prepared to do something you’ve never done before..."

Team Goals

The formation of this experienced and enthusiastic team in the spring of 2004 marked the beginning of a new championship team. Our goals are to win the 2006 Teranet Junior Women’s Provincial Championships, and represent Ontario at the Karcher Junior Women’s Canadian Championships. We aspire to become a prevailing force on the junior and ladies tour. We also are challenging ourselves to sharpen our skills, strategy and to become overall better athletes. We want to have fun and enjoy the sport and each other’s companionship. We will promote the sport of curling and our sponsor’s product. With dedication, hard work, and talent these goals are within our reach.
